Acid Silage
This preservation process avoids the high energy costs that sterilization or freezing entail. Stabilizing the sub-products using acid and allows the autolytic enzymes of the product itself to produce the liquefaction. The result is silage which can be preserved for months at ambient temperature; a liquid product which is easy to use and store.
Raw materials
Nupe maintains agreements with the suppliers of raw materials (mainly fish) in order to supply, as an authorized intermediary, animal feed factories.
Processing technology and quality control are provided by NUPE and, as a result, the supply is regular and reliable and the quality optimal.
